Description

The Eaton Basement kit is available in Georgian style,

It has 4 beautiful Georgian style windows and comes with room dividers cut for standard internal Doors (sold separately)

The 3 room sizes   12″ (300mm) wide x 15″ (380mm) deep x 8 3/4″ (220mm) high.

The entire basement measures 230mm (8 1/2″) high x 750mm (30″) wide x 600mm (24″) deep.

All internal walls are pre-cut for internal doors (sold separately).
