The Eaton House is 750mm (30 inches) wide.
At each end of this fabulous dolls house you will find 3 windows providing additional light. With an additional 9 Georgian style windows complimenting the front with a large front door (design may differ to one than pictured) and 3 dormer windows occupying the roof.
Internally you will find a central stairs design with treads leading to the top floor inclosed in a hallway, this allowing for large 6 rooms to be contained within.
Access to these rooms are via the front of the house which is separated into 2, and the attic accessed via its hinged roof. Hinged fronts and roof. Ready made front door is pre-hinged in frame.

I have so enjoyed putting this together – my first ever Dolls House – as a therapeutic project. It all fits well, and I’m glad I got the “kit” as it easier to decorate BEFORE fixing it together. The only reason I haven’t given it 5 stars is that foe a beginner like me the instructions (and illustrations) weren’t quite clear enough. I have no doubt that for someone who is more of a DIY-er they would have been fine. I would definitely recommend these kits to anyone. A beautiful house. I wish I could upload a photo of mine (almost completed now). Thank-you DHD.

Brought flat pack.. Very easy to assemble. So enjoyed doing. Took me just over 5mths to complete. That’s inside and out. Loved every minute… Greatly recommended

It’s my first doll house, and it’s perfect for me. I had to get my husband to do the hinges, and so,estimes hold bits for me, but mostly I was able to ,are it on my own. All such a good fit. I would bet another from DHD in kit form as it’s so much easier to do the decorating, windows, painting etc before you fit it together. My only complaint, (I think I said this in a previous review) is the instructions aren’t quite clear enough for a novice, but I’d have no problem another time, now I know what to do.
